Your Moroccan journey begins in Casablanca, where you’ll visit the magnificent Hassan II Mosque, dramatically perched above the Atlantic. We continue to Rabat, the elegant capital, to see the Hassan Tower, Royal Mausoleum, and the sea-facing Kasbah of the Udayas. In the afternoon, we head inland to Meknes, once the royal capital of Moulay Ismail. Overnight in a charming riad.

After breakfast, explore Meknes’s grand Bab Mansour gate, royal stables, and medina. Then drive to the ancient Roman city of Volubilis, where columns and mosaics whisper stories of the past. In the afternoon, we arrive in spiritual Fes, where your senses will be awakened by its vibrant, medieval energy.

Today, you’ll uncover the secrets of Fes el-Bali, a UNESCO-listed medina. With a local guide, walk through narrow lanes to see the Al Quaraouiyine University, the tanneries, artisan quarters, and bustling souks. The city is a living museum of Moroccan tradition, where craftsmanship and culture still thrive. Overnight in a riad inside the old medina.

Depart Fes and head into the Middle Atlas Mountains, stopping in the quaint town of Ifrane (the “Switzerland of Morocco”) and the cedar forests of Azrou. After lunch in Midelt, continue through the spectacular Ziz Valley and on to the desert town of Erfoud. By sunset, reach Merzouga, where you’ll mount your camel for a magical ride into the Erg Chebbi dunes. Spend the night in a luxury desert camp under the stars.

Wake early to witness the Sahara sunrise. After breakfast, explore the desert surroundings: visit the Gnawa village of Khamlia, meet local nomads, and walk through a palm oasis. Later, discover the traditional market in Rissani, once a major caravan hub. Return to the dunes for a second night in Merzouga, soaking in the silence and beauty of the desert.

After breakfast, depart the dunes and drive toward the striking Todgha Gorges, where vertical cliffs rise dramatically above a crystal-clear river. Enjoy a short walk or photo stop before continuing into the scenic Dades Valley, known for its rock formations and kasbahs. Overnight in a traditional guesthouse.

Travel along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, passing through Rose Valley, where you can explore local cooperatives producing rose water. Stop in Ouarzazate, the "Hollywood of Africa," for a quick visit to Atlas Studios or the historic Kasbah Taourirt. By late afternoon, reach the iconic Ait Ben Haddou, a fortified ksar featured in Game of Thrones and Gladiator. Overnight near the site.

Today, we cross the majestic High Atlas Mountains via the twisting Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Marvel at Berber villages clinging to the hillsides. As we descend into the plains, Marrakech unfolds in a vibrant splash of color and energy. Settle into your riad, then enjoy your first glimpse of the magical Jemaa el-Fna Square by night.
