8 days tour from Casablanca to desert

Arrival in Casablanca. After a warm welcome, we start strong with a visit to the Hassan II Mosque, a masterpiece perched on the ocean. We then head to Rabat, the capital, to stroll through the Kasbah of the Udayas and admire the royal Mausoleum of Mohammed V. The night settles in Rabat, where modern life meets timeless heritage.

Today, we travel back in time. First stop: Meknes, a city of royal gates and stories. We then walk the ancient Roman streets of Volubilis, with its mosaics and columns still whispering. As the day ends, we arrive in Fes, the spiritual heart of Morocco, ready to unfold its maze-like medina.

Fes doesn’t reveal itself easily. With a local guide, you’ll enter a living museum of crafts, culture, and call to prayers. From the Al Quaraouiyine University to the tanneries and souks, every step is a discovery. Expect colorful chaos, scents of leather and spices, and moments of awe in Morocco’s oldest imperial city.

We leave Fes behind and head south through the Middle Atlas Mountains. After a stop in alpine Ifrane and cedar-filled Azrou, we drive through the spectacular Ziz Valley. By sunset, the Sahara welcomes us. You’ll ride camels into the dunes of Erg Chebbi and enjoy a magical night in a luxury desert camp, draped in stars and Berber rhythms.

Awake with the sunrise over the dunes, then travel through desert towns like Rissani, a hub of Saharan trade. The road leads us to the majestic cliffs of Todgha Gorges, ideal for a short canyon walk. As we wind into the Dades Valley, red rock formations and ancient kasbahs frame our evening.

We follow the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, stopping in the Valley of Roses. In Ouarzazate, visit the cinematic Atlas Studios or historic Kasbah Taourirt. Later, arrive at Ait Ben Haddou, the legendary earthen village made famous by Hollywood. Overnight in a traditional guesthouse overlooking this magical ksar.

We cross the mighty High Atlas via the scenic Tizi n’Tichka Pass. The landscapes shift from arid hills to lush valleys as we descend toward vibrant Marrakech. Arrive by afternoon and dive into the ambiance of Jemaa el-Fna square—snake charmers, musicians, and orange juice stands await.

Your final day begins with a guided tour of Marrakech: the Koutoubia Mosque, Bahia Palace, and the peaceful Majorelle Garden. You’ll navigate the buzzing souks and learn the hidden symbols of Moroccan architecture. According to your flight schedule, we’ll transfer you to Marrakech or Casablanca Airport. Tour ends, but memories remain.
